I ride my horse 3 times a week and clean 4 horse stalls those same 3 days. I walk about 15 minutes a day during the week after I eat lunch. I also have 2 children ages 2 1/2 and 4 that keep me pretty busy.

I work with a personal trainer 2x per week, and she works on the strength things and then I do cardio 2x per week in addition to working with the trainer. Gayle

We have a gym at work and I usually do at least 30 minutes of cardio Mon-Fri on my lunch break, and at least twice a week I will do free weights in the gym. Right now I am also taking a 12 weeks aerobics class on Tuesday and Thursdays, which does lots of core exercises and strength training. Now if I can just get a handle on this grazing that I have started to do! UGH

I belong to a gym where I do weights about an hr/day twice a week. I also do a 30 min. circuit once a week. I do cardio (elliptical, bike, arc trainer) for 45 minutes each session or I walk or take a Zumba class. I do cardio 5 to 6 times/wk. I've started walking to work or on my lunch hour now that the weather is so nice.

I picked up a bowflex and put in the basement and I"m working hard to make sure it doesn't become a storage rack I also have started walking now that it is nice. Lori

I've been walking--4 to 5 times a week. I just ordered a Leslie Sansone Slim Fast DVD to do some toning. Plus I go up and down my stairs a lot more and I park futher away from wherever I'm going.
