Daily Post--5/10/08
We have a gym at work and I usually do at least 30 minutes of cardio Mon-Fri on my lunch break, and at least twice a week I will do free weights in the gym. Right now I am also taking a 12 weeks aerobics class on Tuesday and Thursdays, which does lots of core exercises and strength training. Now if I can just get a handle on this grazing that I have started to do! UGH
I belong to a gym where I do weights about an hr/day twice a week. I also do a 30 min. circuit once a week. I do cardio (elliptical, bike, arc trainer) for 45 minutes each session or I walk or take a Zumba class. I do cardio 5 to 6 times/wk. I've started walking to work or on my lunch hour now that the weather is so nice.
