I have different ones ~ lol. Before, my knees and ankles ached when I walked. Now that I'm losing weight, the old pains are gone but I'm walking more now and I have a new pain in my ankle from the extra walking. Oh well, I'd rather have this pain than the other ones. Jules

I used to live in pain - every movement hurt. Now, I get an occasional burning sensation in my lower back, and my PCP doesn't know what causes it. It's not a big deal, so we're just keeping an eye on it. I think it may have something to do with the redistribution of weight, but who knows? I know I walk more freely now - I'm sure I'm more graceful - but I haven't really noticed a different gait or center of gravity.

My knees don't hurt anymore and I don't have to bend over walking through the store to stretch my back out. I love not being in pain or uncomfortable.

Yes...I started to experience lower back pains and ended up going to see a chiropractor for several weeks last year....and some times after sitting at my desk too long, my tailbone starts to hurt....

I haven't noticed anything as of yet - but then I'm only three months out.

I experienced a back ache around the 3 month mark but that let up and got better. Now I don't experience many problems except during the week before my period, then my back aches. Guess it just sucks to get old. Sally

My collar bone hurts from the seatbelt rubbing it all the time. But other than that no not really noticing any aches and pains. As for the rest havent really paid attention. Vivienne

Overall, I feel great. I have noticed at night my knee bones from my two leg**** together, something they never could do before, and it can be a little uncomfortable. Also, when I sit in certain positions, my hipbone**** my elbows and can get a little sore. But again, not complaining -- loving the fact that I'm discovering new bones on my old body!

What a fantastic question. I was going to call my doctor today to see if I should go to a chiropractor to get adjust or something. My lower back is aching all the time and sometimes I get tingling down my arms when I move just right. I think my whole body is out of whack. I can't wait to read everyone else's responses too...I think I'm going to even post this in my blog because this is the first time I've heard the topic discussed so I thought it was something weird going on with me.
