I used to live in pain - every movement hurt. Now, I get an occasional burning sensation in my lower back, and my PCP doesn't know what causes it. It's not a big deal, so we're just keeping an eye on it. I think it may have something to do with the redistribution of weight, but who knows?
I know I walk more freely now - I'm sure I'm more graceful - but I haven't really noticed a different gait or center of gravity.
Overall, I feel great. I have noticed at night my knee bones from my two leg**** together, something they never could do before, and it can be a little uncomfortable. Also, when I sit in certain positions, my hipbone**** my elbows and can get a little sore. But again, not complaining -- loving the fact that I'm discovering new bones on my old body!
What a fantastic question. I was going to call my doctor today to see if I should go to a chiropractor to get adjust or something. My lower back is aching all the time and sometimes I get tingling down my arms when I move just right. I think my whole body is out of whack. I can't wait to read everyone else's responses too...I think I'm going to even post this in my blog because this is the first time I've heard the topic discussed so I thought it was something weird going on with me.
