I do "screwup"...hate myself for it....resent myself for it....but have managed to tell myself that I need to STOP...get over it..nothing I can do about it now...and re-start the program immediately..no more "I'll get back on track tomorrow"...that instant I tell myself...you had your treat...now get back on track!

Yes I went back to grazing and eating junk food.I just started this week cutting out all the junk food,eating more protein. So far so good. I also think joining this is helping me too because I know I will be posting my weight. I think I might join Curves my Mom and my Daughter just joined today. Hope everyone has a good evening.

I have been slipping back into my old habits a lot lately and I have not gotten back on track yet...but I do agree that one of the best ways to get back on track is to not even buy the stuff or if you are around it don't taste and think that one small bite will not hurt beause it can and usally does add up
DUE TO THE LACK OF EXERCISE WITH THE TWO RUPTURED DISCS AND NOW SICATICA IN BOTH LEGS, I FIND MYSELF EATING ALL THE TIME.. LOTS OF LITTLE HANDFULS OF STUFF "GRAZING" SO I' VE TRIED TO PLAN MY GRAZING ON THINGS LIKE ALMONDS, CUCUMBERS, APPLE SLICES, CHEESE STICKS LOWFAT, AND I'VE BEEFED UP THE PROTEIN IN MY PROTEIN SHAKES... i'M GOING TO ADD AN EGG TO THE MIX THAT SEEMS TO FILL ME UP TOO WHEN I'M MUNCHY... i'VE HAD THREE ROUNDS OF STEROIDAL INJECTIONS IN MY SPINE OVER THE LAST THREE WEEKS SO THAT MAKES YOU HUNGRY TOO.. AND GAIN WEIGHT.. I'VE GAINED ABOUT 4 POUNDS AUGHHHHHHHHHHHH
