When I am stressed I tend to want to eat, but I try to be wise about it...if I can't get my mind off of food and feel that I HAVE to eat something, I make it SF, FF, as healthy an item as I can. And I don't beat myself up, it took me years to get the eating habits I had and I had them for over 20 years, so I can't expect to drop them in 5 months, but I am happy that I am at least choosing healthier food items and I only eat a tiny amount!
During times of super high stress I'm reaching for whatever I think will stay put. Oft times that means malt o meal or a quarter package of ramen with cheese... Once I get a bit, I'm fine though. I can tell I've eaten the carbs. but can so far bounce out of it.
I look forward to seeing other responses

So far I'm doing okay. Around the holidays, I started to slip and didn't really see it until my NUT pointed it out. I had already put myself in denial about my eating habits, and at the time, I was only 3-4 months out! Luckily, I was able to snap myself out of it, and I haven't gone back there since. I hope I never do!
