Daily Post--4/14/08
I've never been a stress eater (give me any other situation----I'll eat!) I do eat when I'm bored or lonely (DH traveling ob business) I try to get in my exercise and water before I eat and then I try to eat the "best" choice, even if I have two-three protein bars throughout the day instead of candy.
Ummmm...I eat. Thank goodness I can't eat like I used to! I try to go for the healthy stuff, like a handful of nuts, or a yogurt. If I NEED chocolate I'll go for 100 cal pack and eat half.
This is a good question...next time I might try some of the suggestions here...like a good chat with myself or a walk! It's getting nice enough that a trip out the back door isn't as daunting!
