I keep sugar free pudding and popsicles in the fridge and I have some sugar free candies in the house but I dont over do it..... I find that having a bite or two of a regular dessert soothes my sweet tooth better than a bigger portion of sugar free things so most of the time if I am really craving it I will have a bite or two of my boyfriends dessert and I am satisfied with that.
