If I want something sweet I will buy some cookies or candy that is sugar free. I will then eat a couple of pieces and throw the rest away...I know I can't trust myself to have it around or I will eat it even if I don't want it.
I usually have a SF latte - vanilla or mocha, or a SF popsicle... sometimes, I cave and eat a few M&Ms or a fun-size Hershey's bar... I know, I'm bad.... but I figure as long as I don't let it get out of control, it's not bad.
My sweet tooth is not my main problem. If I feel I have to eat something sweet I will have one little andes mint. It is enough that it takes care of the PMS which is when I really crave the sweet stuff. My issues are still with the salty, snacky carb stuff.
