I haven't really thought about that yet being that I am only 23 right now but it is a good question..... Im hoping that as I age I will keep my good habits with me and that they will continue to work for me to keep the weight off... I believe if you really work with this tool that we have been given that you can really be successful with it..... I would keep the water intake high, the calories and carbs low, the protein high, and keep moving....
