Daily Post--4/7/08

I plan to just keep a close eye on things...I'll weigh every day and immediately change things up if I find I'm gaining more than a pound or two of water...cutting out ALL junk, and kicking up the exercise.

I guess I will try to exercise more and different routines. also, my calories should come from protein and add more fiber. And make sure I drink at least 64 ounces of water each day. After doing all that, if that doesn't work, i would see a nutritionist and bring her my food diary and ask her for advice. Jolene

I would like to be one of those people who get more active as they get older -- you know, the ones who try running a marathon or skydiving for the first time in their 50's or 60's! I figure the more new activities I venture into, the better chance I have of keeping off the weight.
