Daily Post--4/6/08
That's where I am at and I was on a big stall before deciding to try the 5 day pouch test again to get my body moving. While doing that I added more exercise and drank more water and I realized THAT was my problem. I had gotten too lazy and comfortable with where i was at so NO weight loss!
During those 5 days, i lost 6 pounds! But more importantly, I learned I have to be more diligent with exercise and water. Those two things will help the most with the 20 pound weight loss.
I really enjoyed Tracy's comments from Weigh****chers, though! I am going to try some of those 21 day challenges. They say it takes 3 weeks to break or make a habit and this sounds like a good way.
Stay focused!

My best "guess" would be to stay focused, we all know what to do, so keep doing it, but maybe mix it up a little. Drink a little more water, add a different exercise, or add some more repetitions. Just continue to be healthy! Good luck with those last 20 pounds. I hope that everyone who is there makes it. Gayle
I am staying with the information I have been given and that is to change things up. Jolt your system into thinking it is doing something different. Charge up your exercise if you have been doing the same thing for a while. Eat something different or enough to fuel yourself for the amount of exercise you are doing.
Journal your calorie and activity intake/output.
When someone finds the answer I will be thrilled to learn the answer. I was at the surgeons for my latest check up. I am almost 11 months out and he said I should only expect to loose another 10 lbs. I am still at 193 lbs and in a size 14. I figured I still need to loose another 30 lbs minimum but the surgeon doesn't seem to think it will happen. He said I am exactly where he thinks I should be as far as results from surgery goes. How depressing is that. So I guess if I could loose another 20 I would consider myself very lucky. Just need to figure out how to do it.
