Daily Post--4/2/08
For sure I weigh in once a week so I can report in on our challenge but I am finding that if I don't weigh in more often, I am tempted to "cheat" with foods because I am not being held accountable so I think i am better off keeping track of how I am doing each day. Then if I go up, I can cut back a little right away.
I can't ignore the numbers on the scale if they are staring back at me!
As far as measurements go, I was doing that monthly but now it has been almost 6 months. I will get measured next week for my one year surgiversary. I will probably do it every 6 months then.
