Daily Post--3/30/08

I was never in the "in crowd" I have my group of friends who like me for who I am, not what I look like. (been friends for over 35 years) I do find that I get approached more often by being smaller. alot more eye contact and department store people asking if they can help me - never got that much attention when i was bigger...... don't care for gossip - people are going to think what they want of me no matter what - If they don't like me tough **it - it's their loss not mine

I guess that I dont think people are talking about me anymore because I dont pay any attention to it! I am definitely more self confident! Laura

I don't think I've ever felt victimized - at least, not since high school! Now that you've asked, I realize that I don't even notice when people talk behind their hands any more... it doesn't matter to me what they're talking about!

A couple of the girls I work with are the biggest gossipers! I am sure they talked about me before and I am sure they do now too. Jealousy or insecurities ...I don't know. All I know is that I just ignore people like that. It's their problem...not mine! I feel great! Jolene

I have to admit that I definately feel more part of the "in crowd" and it feels great!! I am loving it. I don't worry about people whispering anymore. If they're whispering about me, it's about all the weight I've lost....and that I don't mind. Michele
