Just wanted to say Hey Everybody!!
I am so excited 174 and going down size 16 is something I can't remember when I fitted in a 16. I just don't know how to get the skin 2 stop floppin!! UnderArms and above the knees. I am workin out but don't want to get hurt and that would really upset me. I find myself heading to the gym at least 5 days a week. And everything is great my B/P has been running around 100/60 - 110/70 WOW that is a all time first for me. Blood Sugar is 92 so my world is on cloud nine LOL. I'm not getting older I'm getting better. My friends are calling me skinny!! I Thank God for this new opportunity to make my life better and healthier. Take Care Always johesn56
