Have you noticed any aches and pains from your weight loss - has your gait changed? Center of gravity, etc? What things can you do now that you couldn't before surgery and of those what is the most amazing to you? Do you dress differently now? sexier? conservative? Lori

What works for you? 3 meals a day only, 3 meals 2 snacks? 6 small meals? etc. LB

How does the changes in your diet since WLS affect thing in your relationship with your mate.... such as how does he/she feel about not having certain junk foods in the house or do you still have to have them because they refuse to give them up, when you go out to dinner, any of the activities that you used to do before WLS..... how has things changed?

What's the most unexpected thing you've experienced after WLS? Who is the ONE person with the best response to your weight loss? What did he/she say/do? Did you save any of your "fat clothes"? If so, what did/will you do with them? Why did you save them?

No I couldn't keep my fat clothes as it would be a bad ommen for me. I never will get back there I want to keep that in my head for the rest and best of my life. I am only going on 8 weeks already get rid of half of wardrobe. Good Luck 2 All Take Care Always johesn56
