Good one!
The only thing I can think of as far as switching taste is protein drinks - I used to hate the Slimfast, but I love it now - and I liked some of the powdered protein, but now I can't handle it!!
I do crave differently now - things that I "liked" pre-surgery, I now LOVE!! Spinach (yes, the soggy canned kind - I have a recipe that I love!), chili, and peanut butter are staples in my diet... all good nutritious foods, thank goodness!
I can also take or leave things I used to crave - soda of any kind, ice cream, bread... sure, I still like them - but it doesn't usually bother me to pass on them now.
