Daily Post--3/9/08
I find that if I eat a lot of carbs, like a few of my beloved Trader Joe Soy Crisps, I CRAVE carbs all day long. So I am in the process of cutting way back (although I only eat 6 crisps at a time LOL!!!) and hoping to cut out more carbs from other meals. At least until I can control the urges more than they control me.
Oh so much I crave and so little I can have! I had potato chips for the first time yesterday and had to throw the bag away to stop after 10. Then came the ice cream I had 3 teaspoons and filled the carton with water (husband was NOT happy). I've also become addicted to this soy nut trail mix that I bought at Walmart. I have started setting out a serving daily and that's the only way I can keep from taking a handful way too often. Chocolate I keep wanting but put it in my mouth and gag so I have so spit it out. Same goes for macaroni & cheese (used to be my comfort food****ep trying it but it just doesn't work, any pasta doesn't work. Okay, I could go on and on and on but I'll stop now.

Bad foods? iit's all about sugar and chocolate. Before this I never ate chocolate and was not much a sweet eater but i crave them now.. I do not know why.. I try to stick with my popcorn, or fruit, but some days It seems like I need that crap too.. and I never needed it or wanted it before. It does not bother me at all either.. which i am not sure is good... Before Wls, my down fall was white carbs. Now it sweet crap.. hummm not good...
