Daily Post--3/7/08
I have to say that I've been pretty good at following the Nut's plan with a few exceptions. I cannot stand having everything sugar free, especially when oftentimes, the carb count is the same, just replacing sugar with sugar substitute or sugar alcohols. Carbs don't make me dump, they don't make me sick, and I don't abuse that. LOL So, I get in my 80 grams of protein, my vitamins and my supplements. And so far, it's been working fine.
Well for the first 6 months I followed my surgeon's advice to a T but I have noticed that lately I have gone off course and that kind of scares me... I did not go through all of this to wind up a failure at it in the end.... so I started today back on my meal plan and Im committed to it again... I don't know why I got off course in the first place but I know its gonna be a hard road back but one Im looking forward to taking again.... I am back to getting my protein in first and taking my vitamins and supplements.... its always been hard for me to get in all my water but Im gonna try my hardest to get it all in now.... I do not have a list of foods to eat or anything like that so I just go by protein amounts and calories....
