I can now vacumn my whole apartment at one time.. before I had to do it in small sections..and now it is a pleasure to do my household chores. I would like to start to dance again, and now I am able to walk up and down the hill to my G girl's favorite swimming hole instead of sitting in my chair part way down, where I could see her. Alice

Oh gosh, Alice--vacuuming--how I remember doing one room and then sitting to rest before tackling the next one--usually sweating--and probably more times than not, I'd eat something through the whole process!

I love to play with my kids and not get too tired after 5 minutes. They are 2 1/2 and almost 4 so they have TONS of energy and love to run. It's great fun now where before it was such a chore to play.

Well, in July DH and I are going to Australia. They have a bridge climb on the Sydney Bay Bridge. I could never think of doing that at the weight I am now/was before surgery. But by July? I'll be up that bridge in no time! LOL

I want to take my kids to the amusement park. 7 years ago, I had to get off a ride. Vivienne

I'm really looking forward to our vacation this summer. Last year we went to Cape Cod and I never got within 200 yards of the beach. We went deep sea fishing and it was a nightmare getting on and off the boat. This year we're going to the poconos and we plan to spend a day in NYC. DH bought tickets to a Yankee game and I'm really looking forward to going. Last year I would have been a wreck, worried about climbing stairs, fitting in seats, having to step over the people in their seats to get to the bathroom, etc...would have been dreadful. Life is so much easier these days!

I am really looking forward to having a baby.... I have had PCOS for a few years and so far has prevented my BF and I from conceiving in the past.... it was one of the main reasons I looked into WLS in the first place because it was mentioned to me by my GYN.... other than that just live life to the fullest.... experience things first hand rather than just listening to other people tell stories about things.... Life really begins again after this surgery and Im gonna make the most of this second life that I have been given....
