I guess I really should reply....right, Lea? I am always looking for items that are high protein/low carbs... I'm remembering the counts off the top of my head and will come back and edit my mistakes. I have a few and as a caveat, I am two years out, so you new folks---be careful with these: New One: Kay's Natural's High Protein Cereal (comes in single serving bags and looks like mini cheerios---I got apple cinnamon and honey almond--yum!) 100 cal. 8 protein/12 net carbs Nature Valley Nut Crunch Bar 200 cal. 7 protein/9 net carbs All-Bran Crackers 1/2 serving (9) I'll check the counts Karen

I like to go for any kind of nuts or banana chips. If I want something salty then I'll have some crackers, but I don't crave salty things all that often.

One thing I enjoy is 1/4 cup of trail mix I bought. It has almonds, peanuts, cashews, sunflower seeds, raisins and dried cranberries. I ran out yesterday, so I don't have the info.
