I am SO bad.....when I want something salty and crunchy, I just eat whatever I can find. Whether or not it is low carb, low calorie, or healthy. Shame on me!!! No wonder I can't lose weight quickly like most people do on here. Sorry.

If I want something crunchy to munch on I will have some Smokehouse Almond Nut Thins and sometimes I'll spread some Light Swiss Laughing Cow Cheese on it for some extra protein.
