Daily Post--2/14/08
When I'm going to the store, I park at the farthest area of the parking lot and walk. I don't use elevators unless I'm rushing, I always take the stairs. I take a little walk around my block after dinner if the weather is nice. All this is in addition to my regular routine of three days a week. Try to keep the metabolism revved up!
Because of my health on ocassion I would have to use a moterized cart at the store but I don't use one at all anymore. I would also use baskets to support me if I wasn't in a moterized cart but I try not to use them unless I am buying alot. I don't park in handicap anymore either. Not much but every little bit helps!

I have actually used my YMCA membership that I've had for over a year!!! My daughter is even going with me and we are taking a Zumba class there! I've even signed up for a line dancing class that is fun and really good exercise! I am definitely doing more and I'm more active. I park farther away at the stores (except when it's REALLY cold! LOL) and I just make sure I'm doing some sort of exercise every day!!
