Today's topic is more on exercise...
What minor changes have you made to your daily activities to increase your exercise?

I park further from the store and office.
I will take the stairs instead of the elevator (if I feel safe).
I carry the laundry baskets up the two flights to the bedrooms instead of making hubby do it and vice versa...bringing them down to the basement as well.
I am cleaning my house more times per week rather than saving it up for the weekends...a little vacuuming here, a little dusting there...
At work I am back and forth to the copier all day long rather than saving it all up....I will also take the long way around the shop to get where I am going..it is also good to get away from ones desk.
I definitely don't drive around, and around, and around, AND around the parking lot to find the NEAREST space to the door when I go shopping. I use the bathroom at the furthest end of the building at work. I go up and down the stairs now without a second thought...before I never would go back upstairs before bed time.
Most of my changes have been made gradually, without thought. I also get up more often from my desk (a co-worker pointed that out to me today!), I park wherever I find the first space, go upstairs often throughout my day. I play active games with my nephews, but we still read books before bed
I love that I move without thinking (and without hurting) now. It's a freedom I've never felt before!
The minor change I made that has a HUGE impact was finding a workout buddy! When I did it on my own it was easy to make excuses not to exercise. She is keeping me on track and accountable. I wish I had found her years ago. Only two weeks working out together and we have so much fun I hate to miss out!

I am walking 3-4 times a day . 10-20 minutes each time
