I will be anxious to see the results to this! Right now I still have weight to lose, but I am flabby EVERYWHERE! I need all the help I can get to tighten stuff up, even a little! Thanks in advance for all the advice! Christy

All I'm doing so far is walking on the treadmill and doing some weight machines at the gym. I hope to build on that as time goes on.

I just do the videos I had before the wls...I can't wait for it to warm up and stay lighter longer so I can go outside and walk. I love to go for walks, my fav exercise. I know it's not really for the abs, but I hate situps and I feel doing something is better than nothing.

I did and still do have the bad back and flabby abs. All I do is walk. I walk 18 miles a week and it does help my back some. Carla

Honestly, I am strictly a recumbent bike and walking kinda person...that is about all I can handle right now. I did a Biggest Loser workout on Monday and am in agony still today...I pushed it further on Tuesday by biking but took today off cause I can barely move my legs at all!

I go to the gym at least every other day. I do circuit training and at home, I do yoga.

I love to walk, but lately that's kind of been put on the back burner, 'cause of the weather. Stationary bike. I need to do more, I guess I need to get motivated. Jules

I've been doing zumba which has helped alot and I have been doing alot of Dance Dance revolution. My back has felt better since losing 65 pounds. I plan on starting to do more strength training and crunches.
