Oh wow. There's only one other person who answered the way I have to honestly answer: "I wish!" (No, I don't ever want to verge on anorexia; however, I am struggling so terribly right now w/ re-gain, bad habits, & poor choices that this question is ALMOST funny to me!) Jo

I don't think I'm overly concerned about eating small portions but I'm no where near my goal yet. I track everything I eat and I find that helps me be balanced and realistic about my eating. I hope it continues that way!

I'm not really worried about weight gain right now...I'm only 3 months out. I'm just concentrating on getting to goal before the weight loss slows down.

I can honestly say that at this point, I dont miss anything and dont want to eat the bad stuff. I barely remember to eat 3 times a day. Viv

I truly understand how someone who is anorexic would feel. I look in the mirror and see a fat person (but I'm 28 pounds overweight). I feel like every bite I eat will go right to my ****insert the body part here****. I really understand. And maybe, because I understand, that won't happen. I am mindful of it. My DH worries about it too. He thinks I don't eat enough. I think he eats too much. IDK.

No way... I can pretty much eat what ever I want. It's just that I now eat smaller portions. .

Nope new stomach same brain. I worry that I will gain, I shop for comfort now, I can spend hours shopping and buying nothing.
