I just keep trying to remind myself that I have come too far to allow my weaknesses to sabatoge all I have worked for. I just don't feel as if I have any will power what so ever. Why is it stalls do such horrible things to our mind and make us think so badly about ourselves? Sally

Maybe today's the day I will break the 200 mark! Sally is going to kick some 200.8 a$$ for me! I am counting on it. I am not going to post my fianl weight until the 13th or morning of the 14th in hopes I at least make it to onderland, as I already know I am not going to hit my challenge goal of 195. At least not in the nexttwo days. Katy

No sayings really. Just little prayers to keep me going, on the right track. And praying for warmer weather, so I can get out and walk. I've been so bad lately. Jules

I keep telling myself the compliments I get...I only have 22 lbs to go to goal and even though I look in the mirror and see all butt, gut, hips and chins - others see skinny. Today I was told I'm getting boney!!! Boney!!! Who would have ever thought???? (If they could only see my sagging stomach, they would change their mind-thank God for clothes!!)

I need this one...I haven't been very good the last two days. Hopefully I can "steal" what someone else does to help me out!

I don't have any particular sayings . . . but I do say little prayers through the day. And I constantly try to remind myself of how hard I worked & prayed to get the surgery in the first place, so I need to honor my commitment to do my part. Unfortunately, I've not been doing so great on my end, but I continue to be blessed by the life I have now and! Jo

I usually use my walking time to talk with God. Some days, when I've strayed off track and need to get back on, I tell myself "I can get through this day without nuts" (or carbs, or sweets, whatever my weakness is at that time), and I usually do.
