I haven't used any charts (except for maybe the BMI charts) I have gone from morbidly obese, to just obese and I"m hoping to be just overweight by the end of the next challenge!!

I made a chart in MS Word that I use to track my weight, measurements and goals. I have the memory of a goldfish so I write everything down! I also update the weight tracking chart from OH in my profile. The paperwork and stuff I get from the doctor and NUT I keep in a 5 pocket folio thingie.

The only chart I use is for measurments. I have really slacked too on taking them. Why is it I have become so complacent about life and my WLS in general? Sally

BMI, Inches, and Weight Loss... I also chart all of my calories. I feel much more accountable.

Hi Lea, I haven't done any charts. I should be more diligent about keeping track of my journey, but I am not that good. My kids' baby books are virtually empyt. Isn't that sad? I am just not good with that stuff. Katy

I make charts for everything! The weight loss estimator is nice, but I also create my own for daily food intake, weekly goals, measurements etc.

I use a chart every month, that I input my weight, inches from 10 different places on my body.. I do not always lose weight in the month but I can see that I did lose inches and that helps keep me on track ...
