Daily Post--2/9/08

I use an Excel worksheet that I made. I track what I eat, the carbs, protein, fat and calories for each day. At the bottom of each catagory it totals and then lets me know what percentage of total calories I'm at, at that point in my daily schedule. It includes whatever exercise I do, what kind, keeps track of my water and vitimins. It has a spot for my weight beside the date. I find that it helps me and keeps me on track. Jules

The only chart I use is my daily food log. I track my protein, calories and fat.

Just the "ticker" and whatever charts and graphs I can get from my fitday tracking.

Personally I don't use charts or much of anything come to think of it. I eat when I need to and what I am suposed to. I weigh once per week only. I do not make this harder than it is by being too anal about the process. Simple is better.
