This one came from one of our challengers... (sorry, but I didn't note who!) Which charts are helpful to you? I have some weight charts and some med charts that I was given that others in my group did not get, so i share them with them... Lea

I know that I have created a weight tracking chart and body measurements chart that are both on my profile in the "my story" portion. I also use a spreadsheet to track the weight slips from my surgeon's office (body fat, fat free mass, body water, etc) as well as my full list of body measurements (more complete than what is on my profile chart). I also have a couple of spreadsheets I use--one to track my complete list of lab values AND one to do daily food logs. I can share both of those if someone was interested and emailed me at [email protected] (not a PM here as you can't attach anything!). I don't really use any other charts or tables but am curious to see what everyone else uses! Lea

My weight loss chart helps. I see the patterns and when I seem to be doing the best and when I stall. christy

The only chart I use is the regular BMI chart and the chart I got from here that told me the timeline of how I would possibily lose weight after my surgery. Michelle

I haven't used any charts--at least not since the very early weeks/months! At first, I just used the very simple chart that was included in the materials from my bariatric center. It was just a sheet w/ columns for Time of Day, Food Eaten & Amount, Protein Grams, Calories--and then a question at the bottom for Vitamins Taken? and Ounces of Fluid. I probably used that for the first couple mo. or so. Otherwise, I just cram anything like lab results, interesting wls articles, etc., in a big binder I have labeled "WLS"! I'll be checking back later to see what other "old timers" like me are using. Jo

I've used the BMI calculator... that's about it. My doctors and Nut. have told me I'm doing a fantastic job. I have stores of energy and feel exceptionally healthy.

I don't remember receiving anything like that but I'm sure I did and just never looked at them. I use the ticker on my profile to gauge weight and post my losses on a chart on my computer. Joni
