only chick-fil-a grilled chicken salad for me and i only eat half of the salad with all of the chicken.

I eat fast food sometimes. When I do I get grilled chicken. Either the sandwich or the salad. If it is the sandwich, I get it without mayo andadd mustard and cheese. I eat it without the bun. I think you can get something healthy just about anywhere, you just have to make good choices.

I do eat fast food once in awhile. When I do I will eat half a bacon cheese burger from Mcd's, a taco from taco bell or a chili from wendys. I just make sure the times I do eat fast food are far and few in between and then I eat a very small portion not like I use to eat when I would super size it. I also never drink any soda.

Hi Lea, Yes I will eat fast food. I usually eat like a soft taco from Taco bell or some pintos and cheese. I will get a baked potato from Wendy's or a grilled chicken breast. I also get mashed potatoes from Culver's. I cannot do hamburger patties don't know why but I can eat ground beef? HMMMMMM I can also do pizza real well, but I cannot eat bread..... Katy

It is so funny that you chose to post this today of all days. Last night, I had my first fast food meal since surgery. Hubby stopped by Burger King on the way home and got me a grilled chicken salad. Granted, I can only eat a few bites before I'm full, but boy was it good. And I had some of the leftovers for lunch today!

I eat fast food just about every day for lunch, Wendys chili is a good one McD's Chicken nuggets or just grilled chix patty they will sell it alone without bun-plain Taco Bell- Pintos and cheese, toppings off nacho bellgrande Subway wraps 1/2 Grilled Cheeseburger (not good choice but gotta have one once in awhile) Salads

For the longest time all I could seem to eat was refried beans so I would get the pintos and cheese at Taco Bell. Finally my doctor recommended I try ground beef because I needed the protein so I would get a bean and beef burrito. Mostly everything comes up so it's not all that enjoyable.... I have like everyone else done Wendy's Chili and the other day I had the fruit and yogurt from Mc D's and ate it all before I read the nutritional form they have there and found out how much sugar it had in it and I liked to have a cow but it did stay down. Today we went to Chile's and I ordered the chicken soft taco....it was really tasty but I only manage like a bite or two because I do not tolerate chicken well. My doctor told me I had to start eating meat today....lol so I thought I'd give it a try. I understand he's point of veiw about the weight loss stopping because I am not getting anything in hardly and I think it has put me in a stall Kellie

not often-for one thing becuz i am not working- i found out last lenten season that wendy's makes a very good fish sandwich! if i end up with something like a cheeseburger- i at least only eat a single- not the super duper etc etc that i used to- and i only eat one-sometimes cannot finish that cuz of teh bun ( yes i leave it on cuz usually i am driving if eating fast food and it's neater that way!)... i still don't get pop and i try very hard to stay away from fries....
