Daily Post--2/7/08
I almost never eat fast food but I have had a McDonald's cheeseburger but I removed all of the bun except what I needed to hold onto it. I tried the grilled chicken wrap from McDonalds but immediately got sick so I won't be trying that again (I think the wrap was too doughey). Other than that, I don't really eat fast food.
Taco Bueno bean burritos are another favorite of mine, besides Wendy's chili. Although, I don't eat the tortilla. I suck the beans out, then tear off the part of the tortilla that no longer has beans in it. Maybe I should just start going to Taco Bell for their pintos and cheese cup? lol Many places also offer grilled chicken salads that are good too.

I do eat at fast food occassionally, but not too often. If I do, I go for like Subway, their wraps are great!!! I never get them on the sub buns though because I try really hard to stay away from bread as much as I can. If I do get a burger from fast food place, then I never eat the bun. But I do have to say, Wendy's chili is awesome!!!

I used to LOVE virtually all fast food! Now, I very seldom eat it. When I do, I eat either grilled chicken--or sometimes a cheeseburger--with 1/2 the bun. Whoever I'm with--hubby or girlfriends--they usually order fries, and I'll have maybe 2 or 3 of them for the taste, but that's all cause they tend to make me a little "icky."
I do eat Subway somewhat regularly. I have turkey &/or ham w/ cheese and a few of the cold veggies tossed into it--no mayo (unless I bring it home, in which case I might add just a tiny bit of lt. mayo). I tear off about 1/2 the bun.

I do occassionaly eat fast food but not very often. I can eat about half of a mcdonalds cheese burger. No fries. I also will get a 3" mini sub from subway on rare occassions. I usually can't eat all the bread, but pick out the meat, cheese and veggies. A slice of pizza from the local deli is also a choice on rare occassions but can never eat the whole thing. I will also do a cup of soup from Tim Hortons or Paneara Bread.

I eat out daily and make healthy choices. I usually only eat protien out.
At Wendy's it is Chilli or the grilled chicken sandwhich minus the bun and toppings. I cut the chicken with a knife.
Usually I do Applebees/Fridays/Ocharlies or Don Pablo's. I always orger a chicken breast grilled with teriki or jack danials sauce (any sauce is good if the chicken is wet).
I am only eating 4 oz and eat all protien for lunch and dinner. (Fiber for breakfast and no tolerance for veggies at this point. Oh how I miss salad.) At DP's I have Queso and 4 chips.
There is a dinner in Fortville IN that I have went to a few times and had 1/2 a beef manhatten minus the bread.
