I rarely eat fast food. I have had the grilled chicken wrap at Arby's (sans wrap), and Chili from anywhere that serves it if I happen to be running around (Steak and Shake, Wendys, Backyard burger). One time I got a burger and only ate the meat somehwere (I can't remember where I was or why). I've eaten like this 6 times maybe since surgery over 7 months ago.
I usually go through the drive-thru somewhere on our way home from church on Sundays. I go to the later service so my step-daughter can go to Sunday School, so that means we're coming home at about 12:15-12:30.
I've gotten McD's grilled chicken salad, only eat a little of the salad, it doesn't sit well with me. Also Chicken taco salad from Taco Bell (never ate the shell and only a little of the lettuce), I've gotten the pintos and beans from TB too. KFC has a grilled chicken salad too. The insides to a sub is good too. I think that's it.
Yea I eat fast food once in a while.Chile is always my first choice,I sometimes stop at Mcdonalds with my grandson and we will split a cheeseburger and apple slices happy meal.(but he always takes the toy)lol I've had KFC a few times I get a chicken breast and remove all the skin.I've not had any real food issues so I can usually find something anywhere we go.

I eat Wendy's Chilli probably 3 to 4 times a month. Once or twice since surgery, I have gotten a regular McDonalds burger and eaten the meat only, but not interested in that any more. My biggest downfall is hot coffee drinks, if you can count that as fast food. I have started having them decrease the milk to 1/2 of normal and always get sugar free and skinny so don't think it is too bad.
