Since I pack a lunch everyday, I divide them out on Sunday night and put them in 5 ziploc baggies--one for each day of the week. Then, when I pack my lunch, I just throw them in. Christy

Great ideas! I keep mine in my purse (yep, I carry a big one). That way, no matter what day of the week, or where I'm at, I won't forget. I still sometimes forget a dose of calcium (I take them three times a day and at least two hours from my multi) so if I'm running late on calcium I will miss a does but otherwise, it works great.

I actually have a daily checklist for my meds/vitamins so that I don't forget.

I leave mine in the kitchen and in a stackable containers.. like the kind you put beads in.. little round clear boxs. I brought them at michaels, and i have one for each day, and one box for each time during the day i take them.. works great...

I bought a vitamin case from GNC and the vitamins that I take fit in there perfectly. I never leave home without it! LB

I sit mine by my computer. So, when I check my email, I see them and take it!
