Daily Post--2/5/08
I have been trying to get the page to load so I could do this for HOURS! I hate, hate HATE dialup but it is more than that. I am guessing it is something to do with one of the OH servers as this happens a LOT for me lately and this isn't even the same computer I normally use... On the topic of computers--the processor in my desktop is dead. No documents lost, but not easy to replace either as it is a socket 478 (older) processor. If any of you have one of those puppies laying around, touch base with me PLEASE!! I need my computer back as cheaply as possible! LOL

What do you do to help you remember to take your vitamins and/or other supplements each day?

I take my calcium in the a.m. with my first glass of water when I wake.
I have one of those "granny" pill cases -- 'M-T-W-TH-F-S-S.' I load it up on the weekend and keep it in my handbag. I take my vits in the afternoon while at work... if I miss, I take them before bed with my glass of water on my night-stand.
I've been good... missed four times in 14 mos.

I'm much better at remembering during the week than on weekends. I have a ritual and a certain order I do things in each morning when I wake up. Since my morning's flow differently on weekends, I sometimes forget. I keep all of my medications on the counter in a bowl and divvy the day's doses out all at once.
