I had posted a video question on Youtube that didn't really generate alot of answers so I will ask it here and if you are on youtube and you would like to answer there that would be cool too. The question is: What has being heavy kept you from doing? Here's my video that I had made if you want to answer on there too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nPu4NzPWUJI Kellie

1. What is the one piece of information you wish you would have known prior to surgery? 2.Has your grocery bill gone up or down since surgery? 3. What is your least favorite thing about your weight loss? 4. What do you plan to do to prevent weight gain as part of the normal aging process as our metabolism slows with age? That's all i can think of at this point. Melinda

Do you share with others that you have had WLS or do you keep it a big secret and just say that you have followed a "diet" (which we do) and if so why don't you share? When you are out and about and see someone who is extremely obese do you wish you could approach them and tell them how wonderful your choice of WLS has been? To encourage them and tell them that there is an answer to the problem of being overweight? If so, have you ever done it? Spoke to a complete stranger about surgery? Sally
