Actually I haven't!!! But I think I'm going to start! I've always wanted to go to a day spa, so maybe that's what I'll do! Christy

I dont really reward myself, and I dont know why. I guess i kind of see it as the fact that making it to goal is reward enough. Krissy

I reward myself all the time... if I meet my goals or not.. just better when I do meet the goal.. I will try a bite of something, buy something new.. take a picure, book a hotel room for the night.. take a cruise.. whatever I can afford at the time or how much time I have...

Nothing particular. I do share my news with my friends. I still get a lot of comments about how much smaller I am getting.

I can't say that I had specific goals when I was losing. Of course, it was fun every time I got into a new "decade" on the scale! I had an absolute ball buying clothes all along the way (it's embarrassing how much money I spent, even knowing I'd be growing out of them into smaller things)! The one milestone I did really make a big deal out of was losing 100 lbs. I had wanted a nice birthstone ring for awhile and just never had, but when I lost 100, I found an esp. pretty garnet ring w/ diamond accents and bought it. I wear it most of the time and love how it reminds me of that accomplishment. I didn't buy or do anything specific when I reached my goal (I never did have a true, official goal, but 155-160 seemed to be a good place, so that's where I was happy). But I regularly indulge myself pretty well anyway! I love to buy clothes, shoes, etc., as well as decorating items, & my hubby is generous with gifts on special occasions. We are empty-nesters, so it's my time to spoil myself! (OK, and the grandkids!)

I haven't really set personal goals for myself but I do have things I want to be able to do when I am smaller. I guess the one goal type thing that sticks in my mind is getting to 50 lbs. loss....which I am still 3 lbs. away from.

I have bought myself "goal jeans" of a certain size. I leave tha tags on until I can fit into them, then when I do...Wa-La reward!

I can't believe I missed this one...when it was the one I've been looking for! I love the ideas. I've been trying to decide what to do when I meet my next goal...I don't think I'm going to meet the Valentines Day goal, but I'll set a more realistic goal next time. I like the mani/pedi idea. New outfits are fun too. Jewelry is my husbands domain, so I'll leave that to him. Someone said they had a list...that's a good idea. I'm thinking when I get to 199 I might go to a department store and get a make-over...and buy all the make-up that goes with it!

I reward myself by telling my family what goal I've met and hearing them tell me how proud they are of me is reward enough for me.
