Last day of the month! Wow, that means we have just 14 days left!! When setting personal goals, do you reward yourself when you meet them? If so, what is your reward? Lea

Yes, I like to reward myself. Something new to wear or my husband and I going somewhere special for the day. Plus, I enjoy the sense of accomplishment I get when I meet a goal. Jules

When I meet my personal goals..I do not reward myself as such. I just TOOT MY OWN HORN!! to everyone I know.. and some I don't know. Everyone is so supportive. Alice

I've made several goals along the way... -100 lbs lost: 2 1/4 ct princess cut diamond platinum earrings (every day I would place them in my ears and be mindful of my accomplishment) -150 lbs lost: Researching plastics... Went on a beautiful hike!!! -156.5 lbs: (half-weight/one-legger): Stood in one leg and hopped around the house!!! BF surprised me with two bouquets of white lilies and tuberoses... my faves... FINAL GOAL: -168 lbs LOW GOAL WEIGHT 145 lbs: The knife... my final reward... 9 lbs away... and fitting into a 6!!! And I've been told I get a shopping spree... LIFE is my reward!!! An ULTIMATE dream come true!!! Reaching my FULLEST POTENTIAL!!! Better than PowerBall/Lottery!!! Nothing is better than this!!! This feeling is the reward... I'm unstoppable!!! Thanks Lea... great Q!!! Kim

I really only have the one goal which is ideal weight. I have some milestones along the way but I have no set goals.

I do reward myself with an outfit that I've had my eye on or like now I am 9 lbs from my goal weight and when I got to 10 lbs from goal I ordered myself this beautiful balck leather jacket I wanted. I don't reward myself with food, that is habit I'm working on breaking. Joni

I buy myself either DVD's (exercise) or CD's - music to walk on the treadmill - I've made a list of "wants" and use those as incentives/rewards.

I don't necessarily go out and do anything "special" but I do make it known that I've reached another goal. I have several friends that are always wanting to know how I'm doing and they, I swear, get just as excited as I do when I reach another goal. My mother-in-law is the best!! She is always calling to see how I'm doing. For doing so well on my jouney, she gave me a $100 at Christmas to go buy new clothes. That alone was reward enough!! Michele

I haven't rewarded myself in the past, but maybe it's time to start

I keep thinking to myself that once I hit a certain lose, I'm gonna buy something or do something nice for myself, but then when I hit the goal, I don't becasue I still don't feel like i'm worth it. I have never spent money on myself, besides the daily necessities, and just can't make myself start now.
