In my case it the exercise I don't do that makes the pounds drop. The lifting of the fork workout kills me. Stair climbing works for me.

I would have to say that walking does the most for me so far. I am planning on joining my local Natitorium to be able to swim, hopefully that works well too! LB

Usually, all I do is walk - but for the last three months, I've done a yoga class once a week, and for the past month, I've worked out at home on my Bean... I feel the burn more with the Bean, but I think you have to shake it u*****thing will work!

Not really a question I can really answer since my doctor would not allow exercise until 6 weeks post op but I would think walking or riding a stationary bike would be great.

Jogging around my neighborhood or running on the treadmill have jump started changes in my body. While the scale hasn't moved much, my clothes fit completely different. I think, if I put some effort into my diet, I would probably drop a few pounds...gotta get more motivated. Thinking of starting the 5dpt on Monday. Christy 235/158/166/145 Highest/Lowest/Current/Goal

Pliates is the best for losing inches and reshaping. I have no idea whats good for weightloss by it self
