Jogging around my neighborhood or running on the treadmill have jump started changes in my body. While the scale hasn't moved much, my clothes fit completely different. I think, if I put some effort into my diet, I would probably drop a few pounds...gotta get more motivated. Thinking of starting the 5dpt on Monday.
