circuit training on the treadmill, walking for two minutes, then jogging for 1 minute....for a total of 30-45 minutes.

Since this is a public message board... I won't say it... ;) So, I'm sticking with my ProForm Indoor Bike - great variety of workouts with iFit. I also own their Elliptical w/ power ramp... I don't use it nearly as much though... Have a great day all, Kim

I find that I need to change my exercising every 2 - 3 weeks - I walk - but also do ecercise dvds - to strength train and tone - I'm almost 5 years out and my body had adapted too well. Changing things up does help.

I can't tell which one because I do lots of different ones every week. I can tell if I miss a regular day everything slows down. I believe that if I didn't work out, I would not lose another pound.

I gotta say that I am more about enjoying my excersise and less about what nets me the greatest weight loss..if I do something I don't like cause I burn more calories I am less likely to stick with it..So the biking and walking is what I enjoy and that is what I do...they both burn about the same amount - 300 calories per 30-minutes.

I have found that if I do the same thing for a period of time, I quit seeing results, so I tend to "shake it up" definitely weight training at least twice a week, walking, swimming, water exercize, aerobic workout tapes, hiking with the dogs, anything to keep things new. Holly

Swimming probably! I love water, and it is easy on the joints. I'm having so much fun, I don't feel like I'm working! Christy

I haven't tried much other than walking and now doing some strength training at the gym. It seems to be doing the trick because my weightloss has started moving again.
