I really don't think there is one exercise that is so much better than another as long as you are able to do the exercise and raise your metabolism rate. I have been going to Curves but now I am stronger after losing 75 pounds and feel I can add more to my routine. I may join another exercise club or our local YMCA. But no matter where I go, it will only help if I go. That takes determination and willpower. NO EXCUSES!!!

too early to tell for me yet if any one is better than another, but walking and Zumba seem to be helping me alot! Just started playing my kids Dance Dance Revolution on their Xbox 360 and that really gives me a workout! I did it for over an hour Saturday night and I was sore for 3 days! LOL! I just try to mix up my workouts so I don't get bored and I try to make sure that I do exercises throughout the week that work not just my legs and lower body, but upper body as well. Tonight I start line dancing classes...not something I would have done before surgery but I thought it would be a fun way to incorporate exercise into my daily routine one more day a week.
