The only time I have any real issue is when I eat too fast. It makes me feel all icky. As far as I can tell, I tolerate everything just fine. I don't push the limits very much so I don't know really. I have tried a bite or two of hundreds of foods with no issues and I'm not lactose intolerant. It's all good for me.
Well not sure I call myself one of the "lucky" ones, because I sometimes wish that I had more adverse reactions to fats and sugars, but in the 8 months since my surgery I have never thrown up or gotten sick from eating something. I have had that "stuck" feeling maybe 3 times from eating too fast or not chewing well enough. I think it would be a lot easier to stay away from "cheating" if I did have reactions to different things.

I find I tolerate most foods. The thing that gets me is eating too quickly, or not chewing enough. I had a bite of a chicken finger tonight, more chicken than finger. It hit me like a rock. When I get dumping syndrome, it is either right away, or an hour after I eat. I've been in a store on more than one occasion and broken into a cold sweat. Yuck!
