When I eat something I SHOULDN't and nothing happens...I worry.
When I eat something I SHOULDN't and something does happen, I never do it again. There are so many shouldn't couldn't and wouldn'ts . I have trained myself to say I CHOOSE NOT to eat something rather than I CAN'T have that because the choise is mine, and when you say you CAN'T have something and you want it...it makes you want it all the more. Know what I mean?

Most of the time I am pretty lucky, do not dump or anything.. I have tested the waters , candy, ice cream, etc.. i know I should not but i do include it in my daily calorie intake and do not go over board. But once in a while something gets "stuck" and vomiting it out is the only way to feel better. Thats usually chicken. As for dumping only once or twice at that, thank goodness. I ate french fries, which is not normally in my diet, but for some reason I wanted fries, I had a few and within a hour my tummy was cramping hard!! I found out it was not the fries I wanted but the ketchup, I have never been a fried food eater so it was odd to me that I wanted fries.. The last time I wanted fries.. I was PG with my first son 35 years ago... lol...
Since reaching the maintenance phase, I've gradually reintroduced foods that I've avoided for more than a year. For the most part, I've been ok with everything.
I normally feel sick if I eat too fast or go too long without eating. Usually, I just need to lie down for 10 minutes, then I'm fine. Sometimes, if it's sugar, I have to take a nap - I just can't stay awake.
Early out, I made the mistake of eating a small square of regular jello after a dinner out - and on the way home, threw up... just the jello! It was so weird to me - that my body would discard only what it didn't like. "Throwing up" is so different now than what it once was.
Usually, if I just eat a little too much, I'll start hiccoughing. But over Thanksgiving, I had a bite of barbecued little smokies, and it was instantaneous. Dizzy, lightheaded, nausea. Hubby had forgotten to check the sugar content before he bought the bbq sauce. I drank a lot of water to help flu**** out. Wish I could have gone to bed to sleep it off, but everyone was at my house, lol.
