The biggest parts of my diet are Meats... Chicken, beef, pork, all are pouch friendly for me. I also eat a lot of shrimp. Yum. I try t foor the most part stay away from cheese unless its melted on things cuz i wore myself out eating string cheese, etc. Oh, and i eat a TON of home-made beef Jerky. Krissy Aka NavyWife25

My staples are canned chicken (like Tuna) and deli meats with cheeses. I also do the lo carb tortillas lots (they have 8 proteins) and light english muffins (Thomas brand has 8 proteins). I usually do one of those per day for the fiber content.

I got most of my protein from meat and dairy. I add cheese to my egg in the morning, or I go back to my farina, which has 13g when made with Skim Plus milk (for 8oz). I would love some peanut butter but I'm 'fraid. LOL Kelly

Mmmm, 2 tablespoons of all natural peanut butter works well for me, or refried beans and cheese. But then I can't resist throwing in some sour cream and salsa as well, lol. scrambled eggs with onions and cheese. My weight control oatmeal. A handful of any type nut. Denise

Right now I can't tolerate chicken or turkey, weird, I could a few weeks ago. Anyway, I eat a lot of shrimp, fish, pork and beef, very little cheese.

Chopped liver, Chili Beans, Swiss Cheese Tuna, Salmon Shrimp Crab, Beef Tongue This is what I eat mostly to get my protein in daily. I use fitday.com to track it. if I am still low I use a "bullet" that will always put me over the top with 42 grams in each one.

Im with Kim on this one. Seafood is a large source or protein for me. Also lately I discovered spinach. Pound for pound has the same protein as red meat. Course a pound of spinach would fill a pickup truck. Still a great healthy source.

I really don't have anything very creative to add! I have no problems with any types of meat or fish, but I mainly eat recipes w/ chicken and XX-lean ground beef (I esp. love meatloaf--mine is a relatively plain recipe, and I also add shredded carrots & shredded cheese to the basic recipe). I also eat a very plain version of tuna salad virtually every week (just enough lt. mayo to moisten it + shredded cheese--and sometimes added chopped up boiled eggs). Another favorite is egg/cheese salad--just chopped hard-boiled eggs mixed w/ shredded cheese, moistened w/ a little lt. mayo, plus a small shot of mustard (& just a tiny splash of vinegar & dash of salt). I eat both the tuna salad & egg/cheese salad open-faced on a slice of whole wheat bread. (Sometimes I stick the tuna concoction under the broiler to make a "melt," but I usually just eat it like regular cold tuna salad.) I love cottage cheese and usually add some dry sf jello and a few chunks of some kind of fruit just to make it more "festive." Like many others, I love cheese and add it to (or melt some on top of) practically kind of meat or veggie! Jo

I eat alot of chicken. I really like cheese but have had to lay off or limit my intake because of constipation issues. Michelle
