Honestly I have zero creativity or cooking talent, so I basically eat very boring meals of chicken, shrimp or flounder and salad. Once in a while something will hit me like a seasoning I can put on the chicken to add some flavor, but that's about it!

Generally, I just throw together stuff that sounds good - and that's dinner. Sometimes, I'll look at meals.com, and of course, I have tried a few recipies from OH!

I don't really go hunting for recipes. I just keep my eyes, ears and taste buds alert to what may be good around me, then determine if it's something I could make and eat. When a craving hits, like cheese ball, I think about what sounds good, and concoct it myself, lol. Denise

I look at lables or take old favorites and tweak them into new ones. I also find them from here, from magazines, food network. . and tweak them too. I love to cook and bake so coming up with something that we can all eat and tastes good, looks good. is a winner. I go to google and type in what I think i am missing, like "foods high in Omega 3" and a list comes up, I then take those ideas and make something yummy. Like Tuna and Peanut butter.. I know but try it.. Not tuna salad but a tuna filet sauted, a few chopped nuts,a few spoons of peanut butter,a spoon of lime juice, a sppon of olive oil, saute in another pan, then when done and melted nicely pour of tuna.. lots of protein and yummy.. I saute the fish in Olive oil. A chicken thigh, sauted in olive oil ( 1 tbsp) just until golden touched on each side, place orange juice in bottom of baking dish, add chicken thighs, bake 15 minutes, then add a slice of avocado and slice of swiss cheese on top, bake 7 min till melted, and yummmmy... add a orange slice and parsley on top,, ummmm even better..

I create my own, i never cook from a recipe. I am a food enthusiast and can disect a meal by tatse alone. So basically if i eat something i like, I can recreate it based on disecting the tastes. Great talent huh, more like a curse! I remind myself of the Rat from ratatoulie!
