I look at lables or take old favorites and tweak them into new ones. I also find them
from here, from magazines, food network. . and tweak them too. I love to cook and bake so coming up with something that we can all eat and tastes good, looks good. is a winner. I go to google and type in what I think i am missing, like "foods high in Omega 3" and a list comes up, I then take those ideas and make something yummy.
Like Tuna and Peanut butter.. I know but try it..
Not tuna salad but a tuna filet sauted, a few chopped nuts,a few spoons of peanut butter,a spoon of lime juice, a sppon of olive oil, saute in another pan, then when done and melted nicely pour of tuna.. lots of protein and yummy.. I saute the fish in Olive oil.
A chicken thigh, sauted in olive oil ( 1 tbsp) just until golden touched on each side, place orange juice in bottom of baking dish, add chicken thighs, bake 15 minutes, then add a slice of avocado and slice of swiss cheese on top, bake 7 min till melted, and yummmmy... add a orange slice and parsley on top,, ummmm even better..
