Okay, this one is short and simple! Where do you find your best recipes? This could be snack recipes, entree recipes, protein drink recipes, etc. Where do you find the recipes you use? What cookbook? What website? Messageboards? Where! Lea

Hi Lea, I have alot of Weigh****cher recipes.I still use alot of them,since most are low fat and little or no sugar.I also just use family favorites and adapt them to what I need. I'm always interested in new ones so I'll be reading the posts Patti

OH of course! EggFace abd Charlie's blogs rock! I also get a diabetic recipes magazine and Kraft Food and Family magazine. Both have wonderful recipes in them! Rhonda

My answer is short and sweet too Off this site I know it's been tried and you always get the real scoop on wheather it's good or not.

These days, I get most of my favorite recipes right off this site. Sometimes I'll google a particular ingredients I want to use (like chicken breast and cream cheese) and see what pops up.

I amnot the cook. No recipies for me.

I got a lot of stuff initially from Bariatric Eating dot com and a book called Before and After. Both of these are from the same person, Susan Maria Leach, who had gastric bypass herself. She has wonderful ideas, and a lot of the stuff she recommends I never would have thought of on my own and haven't seen anywhere else. Highly recommended reading!

I don't look for recipes. I just do do things to fit my own taste. I am not picky I just enjoy cooking this way

I usually use internet recipe sites that cater to diabetics.
