Well when all is right in my world I try to get to curves three times a week. When there I try to hop on the treadmill and get in some cardio too. Sally

Hi Lea, I hope all went well with Mandy's appointment! Yikes, jerked out... OUCH! On exercise... I finally joined a gym with a friend of mine... We went 2 days in a row so far... Cardio and strength training ~ I did both, both days.... then found out we are only suppose to do strength training every other day and we can do cardio everyday... I'd like to go 5 times a week... but we'll see. Doris

I work out at least three times a week for an hour. I do 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight/flexibility/target training. I would like to up that to 5 days (maybe do a couple of days of just cardio) because the fat is tough to get rid of.
