I get some form of exercise in everyday.I go to the gym atleast three days a week.I walk as many days as I can and use the treadmill alot.I make sure I get about an hour of some kind of exercise each day. Patti

I've not been exercising like I should but I did just join a Zumba class that's once a week (definitely cardio!) and I'm joining a line dancing class that will meet once a week and then I'm going to start doing treadmill at least 1-2 times a week and doing my Richard Simmons Disco Sweat once a week. My ultimate goal is to be doing some type of exercise 5-6 times per week! I figure a mix of different things will keep me from getting bored and keep it fun.

I exercise 5X per week. I mix up my cardio... 5X indoor cycle: Days vary 7-8 miles (30 minutes) Weekends: 11-15 miles (up to an hour) 3X Speed walk: Days vary from 3-5 miles I've recently introduced hiking and LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! What a workout on the behind!!! I take 2 days off.

I use my Total Gym 5 days a week and I try to walk 4-5 days a week as well. This is something new for me, but most days I enjoy working out. Who would of ever thought it???

Not as much as I should be right now. About 3 days a week. It varies...walking, weight training, cardio, swimming.

I try and work out 3 days a week at LEAST. I HATED it but am getting better. I concentrate on cardio for 75% of the workouts and the other 25% I use the inner and outer thigh machines, tricep machine and stomach crunch machine. LB

I don't exercise, I PLAY! Exercise has a bad connotation to me. Just doesn't sound fun. I play for real at least 3 times a week, but aim for more and it's always cardio. In addition i may strength train.

Well, when i'm in class is completely different than when i'm on break. When i'm on break the rec center is closed so i get lazy (shame on me). So We'll go with what i do when class is in session... I walk across campus (huge campus) about 7-8 times a day and up and down about 5 flights of stairs so I get some that way. Than after classes I go over to the rec center and do cardio for about 30 mins and than after that I do weight training. Usually on Mon, Wed, Fri I will do my arms, bicep, tricep, pecs, delts, etc. and do a little on my stomache. Than Tues and Thurs I do my legs. That way alternating them i give one time to rest while i work on the other. But the good news is I just bought an ellyptical machine so I will be doing that too, prob 7 days a week since its there! Yay. And when i'm sick like the past two days... NO WAY am i exercising. Krissy AKA NavyWife25

i try to exercise monday thru friday and leave the weekends for slumming around. now that it's cold, i've been doing exercise videos.

man I'm suppose to do toning twice a week, cardio 4 times a week and pilates twice a week.... It sometimes happens
