Daily Post--1/15/08
Posting today's post on my way out the door to Mandy's oral surgeon consult about getting her wisdom teeth jerked out... We had a snow day from school and the roads are BAD, so it will be fun!
SO, today's question:
How many times do you exercise per week and, of those, how many are cardio and how many are other exercise types?

I set a goal to exercise 5 days out of seven, for at least 30 minutes. I was doing ok with that, but I've been back to work for a week now, and finding myself extremely tired so I've been trying to do extra on my days off, since I've missed a few days after work.
I go to Planet Fitness, which has a circuit training setup. I do this every other day, which averages about 3 times a week. The other days, I do treadmill, about 3 mph at a 3.5 incline. I've got some problems with my ankles, and tendons, so I've got to get some more weight off before I can run again. I can't wait for that.
My plan is to do this routine for the month of January and then see where I am. I had a personal trainer a couple of years ago, and still have all my notes in my workout book, so when I get to the point I can do that stuff again, I will move on.
I have been exercising at Curves three times a week up until now but I am trying to add more to that. I just can't seem to find the time or willpower! But I will keep on with the three times and keep on trying to add another day or two each week.
Three is better than nothing but not as good as five!
