I don't really seek out exercise tips on the net. I usually use DVD's, I started taking Zumba classes at my local YMCA, but probably the best thing I discovered is that my cable has a wonderful FREE on demand channel that is Exercise TV!!! There's lots of different exercise programs to choose from and I can start it anytime I want! I LOVE IT!! I did do a mini search and found a couple of websites with some tips. The first has some good tips and the 2nd has some pictures of exercises and instructions (including using dumbbells to sculp your arms and upper body!

I use www.sparkpeople.com to log my food but they also have exercises that you can do. It shows you how to do it and how many calories it burns.
