Go to Yahoo Health and go under fitness. They have a lot of info and even tell you why your body stores fat where it does. Like, the fat on the thighs came from our cave dwelling ancestors. So thanks to genetics, we women have plump thighs! Anyway, lots of great stuff to read on there! Cheryl

I dont have websites I do DVD's The favorites are The Firm, no jiggle abs. Pilates on the ball Pilates 20 min workout My husband does crossfit.com, they are a total body workout 30 min philosophy. But its hard and they do not give many modifications. Brand X marital arts uses crossfit workout of the day but they give modifications. http://www.brandxmartialarts.com/classes/crossfit.htm on the right side it will have "workout of the day"
