Daily Post--1/13/08
I need healthy snacks to keep me on track, so I make sure that I've got plenty on hand.
1. Individual cheddar/colby cheese sticks
2. Light Yogurt
3. Peanut Butter on whole wheat crackers (3 or 4)
4. Hummus on whole wheat crackers (3 or 4)
5. V8 Juice (5 oz)
6. Nuked turkey pepperoni slices
7. SF Popsicles and fudgsicles
8. SF Twizzlers

Since I'm so close to goal, I do snack just about every day. I still eat small meals, and my surgeon said that a good snack was a good idea!
I usually have a SF popsicle, SF jello with a bit of SF Cool Whip, a TBLS of peanut butter, a couple ounces of peanuts, or a string cheese stick...
I don't consider my Starbucks "skinny" latte (DO YOU LOVE THAT THEY MADE IT EASY TO ORDER NON-FAT SUGAR-FREE DRINKS NOW???) a snack - I consider it a necessity!
Ok - let's be honest... sometimes, I have a kiss, or a non-fat frozen yogurt, or something that's not so good for me...
